Consultation: We will come to your place of business for no cost or obligation to you. This includes speaking with you and your staff, as well as a needs assessment of your computers and network.
Service by the Hour: Onsite service to your door can be easily arranged by contacting us by phone or email. Please see the Contact Info page for details on reaching us. We do not have set hours of 8-5, Monday-Friday. We come when you need us. Many jobs require after-hours service to minimize client impact.
Service by Blocks of Hours: Service can also be purchased by blocks of time that recur on a monthly basis. It is up to you to decide when you would like us to perform service at your location.
Emergency Service: This is provided to our clients with outages that need immediate response. You can count on us to get you back up and running as fast as possible. We are available 24/7 so you can reach us.
